This is quite a unique entry in that it actually represents 4 distinct locations in Switzerland and 1 in Germany that offer a similar experience and environmental standard. We have treated it as one entity but each village has its own unique character, here they are in short:

Davos – Klosters (Switzerland)
The vacation paradise of the Grisons has so much to offer with its splendid nature and booming towns. Its people are deeply rooted in local tradition, but at the same time open-minded and cosmopolitan. Starting this winter an Igloo Village will be built in Parsenn Hauptertäli. Artists will decorate the sleeping facilities of the Romantic Igloos where you can spend a romantic night with your loved one. A particular highlight is the sauna and whirlpool at 2620m above sea level.

Engelberg-Titlis (Switzerland)
Surrounded by wild, romantic scenery in a wonderful location with breathtaking views of the Central Swiss mountains. Here you can Admire the works of art created by real Inuit (Eskimo) artists inside the igloos. The Igloo Village in Engelberg can be reached quickly and easily from Lucerne, Zurich, Basel and Bern.

Gstaad (Switzerland)
Gstaad is located in south western Switzerland, bordering in the French-speaking part of the country. The region can be reached easily by train from Lake Thun, Lake Geneva or the Gruyère area. The Gstaad Igloo Village is located at approx. 1550 meters above sea level on the Eggli mountain near Gstaad. The view of the snow-capped Bern, Fribourg and Vaud Alps as well as the Gelten and Diablerets Glaciers are a mountain lover's paradise.

Zermatt (Switzerland)
Zermatt lies at the base of the Matterhorn in the Valais Alps of southern Switzerland, at 1600m above sea level. You can get to Zermatt by train or taxi and from this incredible car-free town, in which carriages and cars are the main modes of transport, the Gornergrat railway will take you straight to Igloo Village.

Zugspitze (Germany)
High above the clouds with a view of four countries lies the Zugspitze Igloo Village in the heart of Germany’s most popular ski resort. Here you can enjoy the magnificent scenery on the Zugspitze Glacier and treat yourself to a very special night in Germany’s highest igloos.
