Five minutes from St-Tropez and a stone’s throw from the beach, you’ll discover a mediterranean environment that mixes
charm and comfort. This is a haven for those who enjoy authenticity, an excellent “provençal cuisine” (using fresh
ingredients from the garden), seasonal fruits and the excellent house-produced wine.
Everything here is geared to relaxing you as much as possible: breakfast is served until noon, the heated pool
has wonderful spa features and there are gardens and terraces for walking and basking in the sun.

Staff Comment - Some effort has been made to curb electric usage through simple checks, insulation systems and staff
awareness.In addition, we have economic lights and automatic lights.

Staff Comment - We have notes in rooms for awareness of water consumption. Sheet re-use program instigating guests
to re-use sheets and towels to avoid over-washing, housekeeping rules to avoid unnecessary water usage, we do
some rain collecting and have a water epuration station.
We use ecological cleaning products.

Staff Comment - A basic level of recycling coupled with some staff awareness. a basic effort to avoid amenities
wastage, we choose less packaging and environmentally unfriendly materials ;In addition we make others recycle too!
We use some basic composting techniques favouring the re-usage of organic material in the
garden and our vineyard and kitchen garden.

Staff Comment - Educating and encouraging staff on what actions make eco-sense. We donate and recycle old towels, etc.
We try to make and replace for more environmentals solutions.

Staff Comment - We suggest walks on a trail near the sea, etc. We work with local providers, like local fischerman,
vegetables producers, etc. We also have kitchen garden, and make our wine in a bio dynamic way.
